Be The Future For the Wild Incursion Program

This wild educational incursion intertwines the chance to come face to face with native animals, and to explore climate solutions using interactive digital floor games and recycled materials.

Available for Stage 2 and 3 students, delivered by Taronga Zoo Sydney and Be The Future.

These wildly fun workshops bring a rich mix of storytelling, hands-on activities and close-up encounters with Australian animals straight into your classroom and school hall.

Sacred Earth, Sustainable Futures: First Nations Climate Playhouse

The world-first â€˜Sacred Earth, Sustainable Futures: First Nations Climate Playhouse’ - an interactive climate solutions experience - was held during Climate Action Week Sydney 2025 at the Australian Museum.

The experience was supported by a 2024 Innovation and Ideas Grant from the City of Sydney, and was delivered by 100% First Nations owned business TIPIAC Pty Ltd and Be The Future, in collaboration with additional First Nations businesses.

Be The Future For the Wild: Celebrating World Environment Day

We celebrated World Environment Day 2025 with the inaugural wild educational excursion like no other at Taronga Zoo Sydney from 3 - 5 June 2025. Book now for 2026!

Students will experience three rotations throughout the day:

  • Life Cycles (Stage 2) or Adaptions in a Changing World (Stage 3) Workshop

  • Climate Solutions Workshop

  • Self-guided visit (including lunch)
